I understand that participation in Harmony Dog Training’s programs are not without some risk. Despite all dogs appearing healthy and being handled with the greatest amount of care and foresight, dogs are not always predictable, and the unexpected injury may occur. I hereby waive and release Harmony Dog Training, its employees, owners and agents of any and all claims while on the grounds or surrounding area thereto, and resulting from participation in Harmony Dog Training including specifically, but without limitation, any injury or damage resulting from the action of any dog, including my own. I further agree to pay veterinary/medical expenses incurred as a result of injury caused by my dog(s). I give Harmony Dog Training permission to seek veterinary care if necessary at my expense.

When your dog is not at home and in a boarding environment they will behave differently than when at home; this includes, but is not limited to inappropriate urination, defecation, and cage aggression. These behaviors are expected until the animal is comfortable with his/her surroundings. Harmony Dog Training makes every effort to insure a clean and calm environment during their stay. Harmony Dog Training inspects all pets for fleas/flea dirt, all pets are susceptible regardless of home environment. Treatment is mandatory to protect our other guests. You will be billed for any treatment. In the event your animal injures themselves or is subject to unforeseen/undiagnosed illness I hereby give Harmony Dog Training and its employees permission to treat and care for my pet in my absence. Harmony Dog Training will make every effort to contact owners before treating but in the interest of the animal's health we will treat to the best of our abilities until such time as we receive other instructions from the owners or authorized representatives. I understand that I am obligated to pay all fees incurred for treatment.
